Family-owned business seeking an honest, dependable team member to manage vehicle property clean-outs and conduct detailed condition inspections. This position works entirely outdoors year-round and requires resilience in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, snow). High integrity is essential, as you will be handling personal property daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Clean-Outs: Honestly and carefully remove, bag, tag, and store all personal belongings left in vehicles.
- Condition Reports: Perform thorough vehicle inspections, document all damages, and take detailed photos.
- Digital Logging: Promptly upload inspection reports and photos using mobile apps.
Requirements:
- Reliable & Trustworthy: Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and high personal integrity when handling customer property.
- All-Weather Capability: Must be comfortable and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions year-round.
- Tech-Savvy & Basic Auto Knowledge: Proficient with mobile apps/smartphones and familiar with basic car terminology.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle active physical work outdoors.
- License & Transport: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- Background Check: Must successfully pass a standard background check.
