Job DescriptionSeeking 2nd Shift Bilingual Supervisor – Manufacturing Environment
We are seeking a reliable and experienced 2nd Shift Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced production setting. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining safety and efficiency on the floor.
Location: Elgin and surrounding areas
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay rate: Competitive, based on experience / Range: $20-$23
Duties:
- Oversee and support production operations during 2nd shift
- Ensure work orders are completed accurately and efficiently
- Perform quality checks and monitor safety compliance
- Train and supervise operators, and enter daily production data
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Forklift experience required
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
