Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Alignment Technician to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing alignments on heavy-duty vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of suspension systems, alignment techniques, and industry safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct precise alignments on heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and other large vehicles using specialized equipment.
• Inspect and diagnose alignment issues and recommend necessary repairs.
• Utilize computerized alignment systems to measure and adjust vehicle angles.
• Perform wheel balancing and tire installation as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of alignment services performed and communicate findings to customers.
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay updated on the latest alignment technology and techniques.
• MIG Welding

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an alignment technician or in a similar role, preferably with heavy-duty vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of suspension systems, alignment processes, and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• manual dexterity and the ability to work in confined spaces.
