Machine Operator | Evaluation Hire
Pay: $17.50/hour + $1.50/hour for 2nd shift differential
Location: Centerbrook & Clinton, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:50 PM – 12:20 AM
Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining quality and meeting production standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor assigned production machinery.
- Follow established operating and safety procedures.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Load materials and make basic machine adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Monitor equipment for proper operation and report issues to a supervisor or maintenance team.
- Complete required production and quality documentation.
- Meet established production goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a manufacturing environment.
