Job Title: Contract Specialist
Duration: 3 - Month Contract
Location: Mountain View, CA 94043
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
Pay rate: $90/hr on w2 (No benefits)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Contract Specialist to support our team in building strong relationships with key partners and suppliers. In this fast-paced role, you’ll collaborate across teams, contribute to partner strategies, negotiate and execute agreements, and track impact — all while developing your skills in project management, negotiation, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support partner strategy development, including prospecting new partners/suppliers and conducting research to inform product strategy.
- Co-own the partner/supplier experience by negotiating and finalizing contracts, executing account plans, pitching opportunities, and resolving issues.
- Help manage partner/supplier engagement, track metrics and insights, build forecasts, and ensure strong brand and reputation management.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners/suppliers and collaborate with internal teams on cross-functional projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Understanding of contracts and deal negotiation
- Strong project management and planning skills
- Ability to influence executives and stakeholders
- Ability to navigate complexity and manage multiple priorities
- Strong data analysis, synthesis, and reporting skills
What You’ll Focus On:
