Key Responsibilities
- Lead requisition intake and establish role-specific recruiting strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and follow-through
- Build and engage pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, Boolean search, referrals, and approved channels
- Maintain recruiting data including candidate records, sources, dispositions, notes, and requisition data in SmartRecruiters
- Advise hiring leaders on pipeline health, candidate feedback, market conditions, and recruiting risks
- Deliver candidate experience and partner effectively across Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
