Location: Jamaica, NY 11434
⏳ Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Evenings, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM (5x8)
Openings: 3
Total Weekly Gross: $1,800
Requirements & Duties
- LPN experience in LTC/skilled nursing preferred
- Provide care for 20–40 Veterans
- Supervise and guide CNAs
- Medication administration, wound care, vital signs, specimen collection, and catheter/IV/feeding-tube care as permitted
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN/physician
- Assist with care planning, documentation, emergencies, and resident/family education
- Participate in shift handoffs and interdisciplinary care
Schedule Options: Day 7:30 AM–4:00 PM | Evening 3:30 PM–12:00 AM | Night 11:30 PM–8:00 AM
