<li>Assisting the senior attorneys with trial prep</li>
<li>Making court appearances</li>
<li>Law and Motion writing</li>
<li>Trial and Arbitration</li>
<li>Legal writing and research</li>
<li>Drafting correspondence</li>
<li>Summarizing and/or propounding discovery</li>
<li>Drafting notices and objections</li>
<li>Interacting with clients</li>
</ul>
 
Required qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of Employment Law experience</li>
<li>Trial and Arbitration experience</li>
<li>Strong legal research and analysis</li>
<li>General knowledge of California Civil Procedure</li>
<li>Experience drafting and responding to discovery</li>
<li>Legal writing experience</li>
<li>Well organized and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Reliable and punctual</li>
<li>Ability to commute daily to DTLA or Century City </li>
