The Estate Manager will oversee the seamless operation of sophisticated, highend residences, ensuring the home is maintained to impeccable standards and that every interaction reflects a thoughtful, hospitalityforward ethos. Key Responsibilities
Luxury Property Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the estates, ensuring the residence is consistently pristine, organized, and guestready
- Coordinate all maintenance, landscaping, repairs, and property enhancements with a focus on longterm preservation and aesthetic excellence
- Maintain and update security protocols and home systems to ensure safety, privacy, and reliability
- Collaborate with household staff, fostering a professional, warm, and hospitalitydriven team environment
- Ensure service standards align with luxuryestate expectations
Vendor & Contractor Oversight
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors, contractors, and service partners
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships to ensure highquality, costeffective service
- Oversee project timelines and ensure work is completed to exacting standards
Administrative & Financial Management
- Maintain meticulous records of expenditures, inventories, and operational needs
- Support household scheduling, seasonal planning, and longrange operational strategy
Hospitality & Lifestyle Support
- Ensure the home is always prepared for arrivals, guests, and special occasions
- Coordinate travel logistics, transportation, and home readiness when the family transitions between locations
- Assist with intimate gatherings, guest experiences, and event coordination with a refined, serviceoriented touch
Qualifications
- Models a respectful, kind and gracious leadership style, with a sense of humor that contributes to a warm household environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing luxury homes, estates, boutique hotels, or highend hospitality environments
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational planning
- Deep knowledge of luxury home systems, security protocols, and vendor management
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to navigate indoor/outdoor property spaces and stand for extended periods
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
