Compensation:
$140,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and effectively communicate transaction details between sellers and potential buyers to ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial process
- Generate and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using effective written and verbal communication skills to determine potential buyers and meet monthly sales goals
- Be a professional representative for builders and the company when interacting with potential clients and industry professionals so company values and standards are apparent
- Explain new home features and community amenities to potential buyers that match their needs and budget
- Adopt a learning mindset and cultivate a passion for knowledge in the Real Estate industry to help further your own career
- Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer, so the entire process is smooth and timely
- Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the local Real Estate market preferred
- Enjoys meeting new people and establishing working relationships
- Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies
- A successful and proven sales history
- Real estate license required
- Great communication
