Power RV is looking for a team player who has service advising or service writing experience, customer service or dealership experience. 
Job Purpose:
The Service Advisor will be directly responsible for the proper satisfaction of customer and vehicle related problems, and accurate performance of designated administrative duties.
Key Duties:

<li>Greet customers when they arrive</li>
<li>Answer questions about service outcome</li>
<li>Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs</li>
<li>Call customers to set appointments and answer phones in a timely manner</li>
<li>Keep customers informed on completion to assure all customers concerns are addressed</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with customers</li>
