Are you looking for a flexible clinical role that fits alongside your current work while allowing you to grow within a supportive private practice? At Pathfinder Counseling, our mission is to empower neurodivergent individuals through compassionate, affirming mental health care.

Pathfinder Counseling is seeking a part-time clinician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals and is available to provide services during high-demand times, including evenings and/or Saturday mornings.
\n
\n
This position is ideal for clinicians who are looking to supplement existing clinical work, build their caseload within a supportive environment, or explore private practice without the pressure of immediately maintaining a full-time schedule. As our practice continues to grow, there may be opportunities to increase hours and transition into a full-time role for those who are interested.

What We're Looking For:

- LPC, LMFT, or LCSW (LPC- Associates are encouraged to apply)
- Evening and/or Saturday morning availability required
- Interest in working with neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan
- Experience or interest in supporting children and teens is highly valued, though not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
- Commitment to providing affirming, client-centered care
