Position Summary
The Assistant Program Manager for Test and Engineering (APMTE) supports the PMA-209 MAST team at Pax River and plays a key role in test, evaluation, and systems engineering efforts. This position requires at least five years of flight test experience and involves responsibilities such as developing test plans, supporting Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), TEMPEST, requirements development, and conducting integration and flight testing for systems like TAMMAC, LPIA, and MSMA. The APMTE also supports Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) and must collaborate effectively across government Test and Evaluation teams.

- Tactical Air Moving Map Capability (TAMMAC)
- Low Probability of Intercept Altimeter (LPIA) testing
- Integration and Flight Testing for MSMA
- Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) support
Required Education
- BS in Engineering
Required Experience
- Five (5) years’ experience in flight test.
- Government Test and Evaluation and collaboration skills. Specific skills include Developing Test Plans, Requirements development/tracing, and future test planning.
Must work onsite 100% of the time at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, located on the Chesapeake Bay in St. Mary's County, Maryland.
Must possess a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Starting salary range between $130,000 to $145,000 annually.
