Our medical spa is seeking a welcoming, skilled, and dependable Esthetician / Receptionist to join our team! This hybrid role combines hands-on skincare services with front-desk responsibilities, playing a key part in both the client experience and overall clinic operations.

The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, confident in performing skincare treatments, and comfortable managing both client interactions and front-desk duties in a fast-paced environment. From greeting clients to delivering services and supporting clinic growth, this position is essential to maintaining the elevated standard of our practice.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Perform professional skincare treatments (facials, consultations, etc.) in accordance with clinic standards
• Greet clients and provide an exceptional front-desk experience
• Manage calls, texts, emails, scheduling, check-in/check-out, and administrative tasks
• Educate clients on skincare products and treatment plans
• Support sales efforts by promoting services, memberships, and retail products
• Actively create social media content (Instagram / TikTok), including filming, posting, and engaging with trends
• Active Esthetician License required
• Previous experience in a medical spa or aesthetics setting preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
