Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Jr. Paralegal to join a dynamic law firm in Feasterville Trevose, Pennsylvania. This onsite position offers an opportunity to contribute to pre-litigation personal injury cases, supporting attorneys and ensuring efficient case management. The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality legal assistance.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers to gather essential case information.
• Support attorneys in developing case strategies and evaluating legal matters.
• Collect, organize, and analyze medical records, police reports, and other critical documents.
• Draft demand letters and legal correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and databases.
• Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth case management processes.
• Assist in preparing materials for pre-litigation and personal injury cases.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and manage priorities efficiently.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Familiarity with medical and insurance claim terminology is an advantage.
• Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
