Our client is a family-owned McDonald's franchisee that has been serving the Texas Panhandle since 1995. They run 15 high-volume restaurants doing $3M–$6M a year, and they're looking for a GM who's ready to lead at that level.

What You Bring
- McDonald's GM experience highly preferred, or strong GM experience with another high-volume QSR brand
- A track record of running high-volume restaurants and developing leaders
- ServSafe Manager certification, or the ability to get it
- Drive, ownership, and a people-first leadership style
