Production Controller Location: Winter Park, FL Pay Range:$28–$32/hour DOE
Job Summary Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring manufacturing workflows to ensure efficient production, timely delivery, and optimal resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Create and manage production schedules based on orders and capacity.</li>
<li>Monitor raw materials, WIP, inventory, and cycle counts.</li>
<li>Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, quality, and production teams.</li>
<li>Identify bottlenecks and adjust schedules to prevent delays.</li>
<li>Track production metrics, resolve data discrepancies, and report results to management.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Deltek Costpoint.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li>
