Job DescriptionExperienced Residential Service Plumber Knoxville, TN | Full-Time | $60,000–$100,000 Earning Potential Sunrise Plumbing is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced residential service plumber who knows how to run a service call from start to finish. We’re not looking for someone who needs to be taught how to be a plumber. We’re looking for someone with 2–5+ years of experience who can diagnose plumbing problems, communicate confidently with homeowners, provide options, perform high-quality work, and take ownership of their van and their customers. What We Expect At Sunrise Plumbing, being a great service plumber means more than fixing what's broken. You’ll be expected to:
- Diagnose residential plumbing problems accurately
- Explain what you find in plain English
- Give homeowners multiple repair or replacement options
- Help customers make an informed decision without high-pressure tactics
- Complete clean, professional installations and repairs
- Protect the customer's home and leave the work area cleaner than you found it
- Complete required job documentation and photos
- Maintain a clean, organized service van
- Communicate with the office and your teammates
- Take ownership of your calls from beginning to end
Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you:
- Have 2–5+ years of residential plumbing/service experience
- Have experience running your own service van
- Can confidently diagnose plumbing systems and make repairs
- Are comfortable talking with homeowners
- Take pride in craftsmanship and clean work
- Show up on time and do what you say you're going to do
- Want to improve your skills instead of just punching a clock
- Have a valid driver's license and a clean, insurable driving record
