Austin, Texas (Remote)
Need Overall 20+Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects are must.
Minimum Qualifications:

• 20 Years of Knowledge of government regulations, laws, and software licensing practices.
• 20 Years of Experience in Operationally managing a portfolio of customer expenditure on a day-to-day basis in line with the overall strategy.
• 20 Years Experience Deliver efficiencies and service improvements, leading on continuous improvement initiatives.
• 15 Years of Knowledge of DCS contract practices.
• 15 Years of Experience with DCS contract budgeting and forecasting
• 12 Years of Experience with LAR preparation & forecasting.
• 8 Years of Experience planning, coordination, requirements gathering, business analysis, specifications development, reporting.

Preferred:

• 5 years of Experience with the TEA DCS Contract.
