Overview

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
  • Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
  • Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards


Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (automotive industry is a plus)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong desire to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
  • Positive attitude with a high-energy personality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record

The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The range in yearly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $50'000-$98'000 /year.
