Sunrise Digger Zone is a joyful, construction-themed indoor sand play café designed for families. Kids dig, build, and explore in giant sandboxes with ride-on excavators, while parents relax in a welcoming café and community space.

Position Overview

We are looking for an outgoing, people-first leader who thrives in a family environment and brings energy, organization, and heart into everything they do.

This role combines General Manager leadership with day-to-day operations management, helping us build an incredible experience for both kids and parents.

You will play a key role in shaping our culture, leading our team, and ensuring every guest walks away feeling valued.

What You’ll Do

You will help lead and manage all aspects of daily operations, including:

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly

• Hiring, training, and managing staff

• Creating schedules and coordinating shifts

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment

• Leading by example with customer service and guest experience

• Supporting café, retail, and inventory operations

• Managing opening and closing procedures

• Handling customer concerns with care and professionalism

• Coordinating birthday parties, events, and special programs

• Supporting growth, systems, and operational improvements

Leadership & Experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Has leadership or management experience (hospitality, retail, café, or family entertainment is a plus)

• Is highly organized and detail-oriented

• Can multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment

• Takes ownership and follows through

• Leads with positivity, accountability, and consistency
