Explore a full-time Hematology/Oncology physician opportunity in Southwest Montana offering a highly competitive compensation package, a four-day workweek, strong multidisciplinary support, and the opportunity to help lead and grow an established cancer program.
This position offers a $600,000 base salary plus production incentives, along with a $25,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, and up to $100,000 in student loan assistance. Eligible physicians may also receive a residency stipend of up to $36,000, and the position qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
The practice offers a broad General Hematology/Oncology scope with a meaningful hematology component. The anticipated mix is approximately 60% oncology and 40% hematology, with flexibility for physicians who prefer a somewhat more oncology-focused practice. Physicians manage adult patients across diagnosis, treatment planning, hematology consultation, and ongoing cancer care while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Position, Compensation & Organization
- Full-time Hematology/Oncology physician opportunity
- $600,000 base salary

Multidisciplinary Support

- Radiation Oncologist

This level of multidisciplinary support allows the physician to focus on complex cancer and hematology care while working closely with clinical professionals across the continuum of treatment.
