Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive & VIP Support

Provide dedicated, priority technical assistance to C‐suite, senior management, and VIP users.
Offer in‐person, on‐site, or remote support with minimal disruption to business activities.
Manage technology setups for board meetings, reviews, leadership summits, investor sessions, and client meetings.

2. Device & Workspace Management

Handle end‐to‐end device lifecycle, including provisioning, configuration, upgrades, and replacements.
Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices (iOS/Android), tablets, AV equipment, peripherals, and collaboration tools.
Ensure devices remain secure, optimized, and compliant with organizational standards.

3. Proactive Monitoring & Issue Resolution

Monitor VIP endpoints for performance, health, patching, and compliance.
Identify and mitigate issues before they impact executives.
Maintain rapid SLA response times with first‐class service quality.

4. Meeting & AV Support

Provide pre‐meeting checks, live support, and troubleshooting for:
- Teams/Zoom/Webex meetings
- Hybrid/VC room setups
- Projectors, smart boards, microphones, and conference systems
Ensure all meetings start on time with flawless execution.
