About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead service operations at a well-established automotive dealership in the Champaign, IL area. Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day service department operations, including workflow, scheduling, and customer relations.

Lead, coach, and manage service advisors, technicians, and support staff.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure departmental goals are achieved.

Maintain compliance with manufacturer and dealership quality standards.

Oversee warranty submissions, vendor relationships, and inventory management.

Work closely with sales and parts departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements

Previous experience as a Service Manager or in a leadership role within an automotive dealership.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
