As a Bartender in our establishment, you will be an integral member of a small to medium-sized team, directly reporting to the Bar Manager or Floor Manager. Your expertise will contribute to providing exceptional guest experiences through skillful drink preparation and attentive customer service. While growth opportunities are limited, there is room to specialize in mixology and enhance your craft. This role does not require travel and is perfect for those passionate about delivering quality and engaging with patrons in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
- Manage cash handling and operate POS systems
- Set up and clean the bar area before, during, and after shifts
- Take and manage customer orders promptly
- Verify IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Replenish bar stock and manage inventory levels
- Mix cocktails following recipes and customer preferences
- Collaborate effectively with team members for smooth operations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of bartending experience
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification
- Knowledge of mixology techniques
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with POS systems
