This position is responsible for the feed manufacturing process ensuring the production of high-quality feed.

Work Schedule: 2nd Shift - 11:00 am - 9:00 pm (Monday - Friday) CrytalValleyMNJobs

Pay Range: $22-25/hour starting

Five Key Roles:

• Feed Manufacturing
• Inventory Management, Record Keeping
• Regulatory, Quality Control, FSMA
• Scheduling & Dispatch
• Mill Maintenance & Repairs

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience being self-motivated and self-directed
• Gets it, wants it, has the capacity to perform well (GWC)

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member and comply with Crystal Valley’s drug and alcohol policy. Pre-employment 4-panel (excludes THC) drug testing for non-CDL jobs, 5-panel (includes THC) for CDL jobs.
