About the Community: Residences at Westborough Station is a 120-unit apartment community ideally nestled in the heart of Westborough, MA. Along with this convenient location, resident enjoy exclusive access to community amenities, including a shimmering swimming pool and sundeck, outdoor fire pit, community garden, and dog park.
About the Role: We are seeking to hire a Certified Lifeguard for an outdoor pool at The Residences at Westborough Station Apartments. The lifeguard will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the pool. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to checking pool passes, monitoring guests in the pool/ pool area, testing pool chemicals daily, and general supervision and upkeep of the pool facility.
Pool Schedule & Hours: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm daily, Monday through Sunday weekly. This position is seasonal (approximately Memorial Day to Labor Day).
Requirements: The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
- Lifeguard certification is required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and guests.
- Must be flexible to work weekend shifts.
- Must be trained in water rescue techniques.
Base Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
