  • Attend and cover depositions; prepare detailed deposition reports and case assessments.
  • Coordinate and conduct calls with expert witnesses; assist with expert strategy and preparation.
  • Review and analyze medical records; collaborate with nurses and paralegals to organize expert packets and case materials.
  • Prepare for trial, including pretrial filings, exhibit and witness preparation, and trial notebooks; attend and participate in trial.
  • Meet billable expectations: 1,950 hours per year (162.5 hours per month).

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Skills for Success

  • Strategic case management and litigation judgment.
  • Exceptional written communication and persuasive motion practice.
  • Deposition preparation, coverage, and reporting.
  • Expert coordination, including medical record analysis and synthesis.
  • Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration with nurses, paralegals, and administrative staff.
  • Organization, time management, and deadline control under billable metrics.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and client service orientation.

Why Join Us

  • Competitive compensation:
  • Meaningful, hands-on litigation experience with supportive partner mentorship.
