Facilities Maintenance Technician
The Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, Mirror Maze, and Crazy Golf are now hiring a full time maintenance technician. This person will ensure the repair and maintenance of our attractions in Orlando, Florida. The facilities technician will perform work in any of the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, fixing interactives (training is available) and some light cleaning. Full-time benefits include, paid vacation, health insurance, sick time, employee discounts and all Ripley attractions around the world and other attractions throughout the state of Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Proficient in plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work
- Ability to troubleshoot problems
- Basic knowledge of audio / visual equipment
- Must be able to operate a number of hand tools safely
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Capable of troubleshooting AV issues
- Must be able to work without close supervision
- Must be trustworthy
- Must have a good sense of customer service
