We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Legal Receptionist/Case Assistant. This position plays a vital role in our legal team, offering support to attorneys and paralegals while also providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple tasks, and have excellent interpersonal skills. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to get into the legal field to further their career and contribute to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative litigation tasks, data entry, and assisting with preparation for trial, arbitration and mediation.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and diligence with deadlines are required.
  • Handling of incoming and outgoing mailings and faxes.
  • Responsive with strong communication skills.
  • A team player and self-starter seeking increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Prior law firm experience is a plus.
