Job DescriptionJob Title: Janitor/Cleaner/Move-Out Cleaning SpecialistLocation: Fairbanks, AK – Fort WainwrightPay: Starting at $19.50/hr, DOEEmployer: TDL Staffing TDL Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Move-Out Cleaning Specialist to help prepare housing units at Fort Wainwright for new tenants.This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and enjoys hands-on work.Job Duties Include:
<ul>
<li>Detailed cleaning of vacant homes</li>
<li>Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping</li>
<li>Deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and garages</li>
<li>Washing windows, walls, carpets, stairwells</li>
<li>Light outdoor tasks: sweeping sidewalks, raking lawns, setting up hoses, minor landscaping</li>
<li>Using ladders to clean high areas (must be comfortable with heights)</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Valid driver’s license and current insurance</li>
<li>Must be able to gain post access (Real ID required)</li>
<li>Ability to lift 30 lbs or more</li>
<li>Background check required</li>
<li>Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred</li>
