Position Overview:
As the Director of Nursing (DON), you will be a crucial member of our leadership team that leads all clinical programs and ensures the highest level of clinical care is being provided to all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
•As Director of Nursing (DON), you will supervise all nursing staff.
•You will plan, develop, organize, and implement the day-to-day functions of the nursing department.
•You will oversee your department budgets.
•You will communicate with doctors, residents, and family members about resident health.
•You will implement new procedures and train nurses on policies.

Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
•2 years of professional experience as a DON or an ADON in long term care.
•Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Illinois in good standing.
•Familiarity with medical software and equipment
•Ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
