Role Description Contracting Bros LLC (Leesburg, VA) is hiring a full-time W2 General Handyman / Repair Technician to join our growing crew. We run a steady pipeline of repair and punch-list jobs — from minor carpentry and drywall patches to fixture swaps and general fix-it work — and we need someone who can show up, solve problems, and do it right the first time.

What you'll do
\n
• Complete a variety of repair and small-project jobs independently, from diagnosis to clean finish
\n
• Communicate clearly with homeowners on-site — you represent the company at every job
\n
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
\n
• Flag issues or scope changes to the office instead of guessing
\n
What we're looking for
\n
• 2+ years of hands-on handyman, maintenance, or general trades experience
\n
• Comfortable across multiple trades: light carpentry, drywall repair, paint touch-up, basic plumbing/electrical fixes
\n
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
\n
• Own set of core hand and power tools
\n
• Strong work ethic and pride in your work — we're not looking for someone who needs to be told twice
\n
Pay & bonus
\n
• $22–$28/hr, based on experience
\n
