Commercial Electrician
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Pay: $22–$30 per hour, depending on experience
Key Staffing is recruiting an experienced Commercial Electrician, this position will support an active commercial construction project at an automotive dealership.
Responsibilities
- Install and run EMT conduit
- Accurately measure, cut, and bend pipe
- Pull wire and assist with commercial electrical installations
- Safely operate a scissor lift
- Read and follow project plans and instructions
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow all jobsite and electrical safety requirements
- Work efficiently with electricians, foremen, and other trades
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Previous commercial electrical experience required
- Must have experience running EMT and bending conduit
- Must be comfortable operating a scissor lift
- Knowledge of commercial electrical systems and jobsite safety
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, bending, and working at elevated heights
- Dependable transportation and consistent attendance
- Must provide appropriate work boots and jobsite-ready attire
- Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team
