Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Abrasive Blasting of tanks, pipe, and industrial equipment</li>
<li>Surface Preparation to SSPC/NACE cleanliness and profile requirements</li>
<li>Coating Application using primers, epoxies, urethanes, and topcoats</li>
<li>Equipment Maintenance for blasting pots, hoses, nozzles, and spray systems</li>
<li>Quality Control including mil‐thickness checks and adhesion verification</li>
<li>Follow all Safety Procedures including PPE and respirator use</li>
<li>Material handling and staging of components for blasting and coating</li>
<li>Other duties assigned by management</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements
<ul>
<li>3+ years experience in sandblasting or industrial coating</li>
<li>Knowledge of coating systems and surface prep standards</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in full PPE</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and consistent attendance</li>
<li>Ability to work in industrial/oilfield environments</li>
