BMW Management is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician for Windsong Place Apartments, a well-established luxury community in Williamsville. This hands-on role includes responding to service requests, performing repairs, maintaining building systems, and preparing apartments for new residents. Your work directly impacts the condition of the property and the daily experience of residents.

An ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in maintenance in a residential setting with a solid understanding of maintenance best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and mentor others effectively when applicable.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of general maintenance practices, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
  • Must possess skills and expertise in painting as well as all other areas related to completing timely and thorough apartment turnovers.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills enabling effective articulation with residents, team members and senior management.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, with a focus on exceeding expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completion of day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.
  • Preparing apartments for new residents including painting and maintenance repairs
  • Promptly addressing resident maintenance requests and providing exceptional customer service to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Participating in snow removal and alternating on-call with other team members.

Schedule:

Full-time | Monday–Friday 8:00-4:30 | On-call rotation and occasional weekends

Experience:

  • Residential/Property Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
