Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify a Senior Corporate Attorney with 6+ years of experience to join its corporate business unit in Birmingham, MI.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and transactional documents, including merger and acquisition agreements, governance documents, operating agreements, supply agreements, and compliance-related documents.

Represent clients in the negotiation of business transactions of all types

Build and maintain strong client relationships; business development experience is a plus.

Collaborate effectively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of corporate law experience.

Strong academic credentials and proven track record of professional excellence.

Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills.

Ability to thrive in collaborative, team-based settings.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $220,000 – $300,000 annually (based upon a full-time work schedule).
