Job DescriptionLHH is seeking a Business Immigration Coordinator to join their global immigration services client's expanding shared services team. This position supports a newly launched operational hub in the North Hills, focused on front-end processing for high-volume immigration casework.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle large volumes of repeatable, process-driven immigration tasks including intake review, form population, data accuracy checks, and document preparation.
- Work within established SOPs and workflow instructions to ensure precision, consistency, and proper task routing.
- Utilize case-management tools, workflow platforms, and task queues to receive, complete, and submit production tasks.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work and escalate discrepancies when needed.
- Maintain organized digital files, proper naming conventions, and complete audit-ready documentation.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements, documentation updates, and workflow refinements as the shared services model scales.
WHO YOU ARE
- Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and the ability to meet volume-driven performance targets.
- Experienced working in shared services, administrative operations, data entry, or similar production environments (1-3 years preferred).
- Comfortable navigating digital systems, workflow tools, and case-management platforms with strong overall digital literacy.
- Able to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly in a fast-moving operational setting.

- Pay Rate: $21 per hour
- Schedule: 5 days a week onsite in the North Hills office.
