- $3,500 sign-on bonus
- In-Cab Instructors get paid an additional $500/successful student
- Hands-On Teaching Role - Share your expertise with new drivers!
- Provide over-the-road training for new CDL-A drivers with less than six months of experience.
- Offer refresher training for experienced drivers and remedial training for those on development plans.
- Instructors are required to share a truck with the trainee throughout the training period.
- Instructors drive and train in new 2026 Freightliner equipment

- 3 years of verifiable, accident-free Class A CMV experience in interstate commerce
