Job DescriptionAre you a detail-driven legal professional with a passion for operational excellence and market representation? We’re seeking a Sr. Associate Paralegal to support a dynamic legal team in managing dealer development workflows and regional compliance initiatives. This is a temp to hire position, ideal for candidates looking to make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administer the Dealer Action Package workflow, ensuring accuracy and compliance before regional approvals.

  • Manage legal documentation for Sales & Service Agreement Amendments, Ownership Transfers, Management Changes, and Relocations.

  • Maintain and update dealer records in SAP, serving as the primary contact for regional dealer data.

  • Collaborate with national teams on agreement activities and legal requirements.

  • Analyze complex ownership structures and state-specific legal frameworks to determine required documentation.

  • Support strategic decisions through data collection and reporting on market performance and representation.

? What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in paralegal or legal operations roles, preferably in a corporate or franchise environment.

  • Strong understanding of legal documentation and regulatory compliance.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to interpret and apply state-by-state legal requirements.

  • Proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise systems is a plus.

Pay Range: $33 – $65/hour



Pay Details: $33.00 to $65.00 per hour
