Job DescriptionLitigation Attorney - Pittsburgh, PA Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify a mid-level Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania Bar license.
The Ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:

<li>Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience working with e-discovery software</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong academic credentials</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Oil and gas experience is preferred but not required</li>

Compensation &amp; Benefits:

Salary range: $175,000 – $200,000 annually (DOE).
