We’re looking for a Project Administrator who finds satisfaction in accuracy, organization, and follow-through. The right person thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in keeping details aligned, timelines accurate, and documentation clean.

What You’ll Do
· Enter new leads accurately into the system and assign them to the right salesperson.
· Track project progress from start to finish, maintaining precise records in the CRM and QuickBooks.
· Review and verify all required documents for accuracy and completeness before releasing jobs to production.
· Order materials, pull permits, and schedule installations with accuracy and accountability.
· Prepare and send invoices, confirm payments, and maintain clean, traceable records.
· Communicate clearly across sales, production, and admin teams to ensure no step is overlooked.
· Maintain compliance with documentation standards and improve processes where needed.

What You Bring

· Clear written and verbal communication skills.
· Previous experience in an administrative, project coordination, or construction support role is helpful but not required.
