As a Quality Test Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring life-saving medical diagnostic equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for use around the world. Your work is the final checkpoint before products reach hospitals and labs—where accuracy can change lives.

🔧 What You’ll Do
- Test, inspect, and verify medical diagnostic equipment before shipment
- Perform electrical testing, calibration, and inspections using meters and electronic tools
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical & electrical issues
- Use hand tools (screwdrivers, torque wrenches, drills) for adjustments and repairs
- Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and work instructions
- Document work using Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Device History Records (DHR)
- Follow GMP, quality assurance, and safety standards
- Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure performance
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in a regulated, climate-controlled facility
✅ What You Bring
- Associate’s or Technical Degree (AA or equivalent)
- 1–2 years of electrical testing & troubleshooting experience
- Experience with GMP, GDP, and DHR documentation
- Ability to read schematics and technical instructions
- Familiarity with hand tools and electronic testing equipment
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–30 lbs

- Electro-mechanical assembly or engineering support
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail
⏰ Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 1st & 2nd Shift
- Fridays: Up to 10 hours overtime (as needed)

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.73 - $24.73/hr.
