Senior Vice President, General Counsel

Job Description

The Senior Vice President, General Counsel serves as Win’s chief legal officer and a member of the Executive Team. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Counsel provides practical, risk-based legal advice across the organization and helps ensure that Win advances its mission while meeting its legal, regulatory, contractual, ethical, and governance obligations.

The role requires a hands-on executive who can move between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution. The General Counsel will advise the Board and executive leadership; oversee litigation, labor and employment matters, employee relations risk review, investigations, contracts, real estate and development transactions, government and nonprofit compliance, insurance claims, board governance support, enterprise risk communication, and outside counsel; and build disciplined systems for identifying, escalating, tracking, reporting, and mitigating legal risk.
