Our client builds training gyms for AI agents, working with frontier AI labs to train the next generation of agentic models. We've raised over $5M and achieved 7-figure ARR in our first 6 months, with plans to 10x that in the next 6 months. Our mission is to empower the development of artificial general intelligence by creating simulation environments where AI can practice tasks like coding or using software interfaces.
We are looking for strong backend/infra developers (Python, Go, TypeScript, etc.) with a deep interest in Agentic AI. You should be motivated by ownership, impact, and building frontier tech. We value individuals who treat their work as a craft, thrive in ambiguity, appreciate diverse perspectives, and love solving hard problems.
This is an early-stage opportunity for engineers who have been founding engineers, founded their own companies, or had a major impact at a top-tier company. We prioritize what you've accomplished over the duration of your experience. You will have the opportunity for significant ownership and to set the tone for our work and culture.
We are a lean team of three engineers in New York City, with another joining soon, and we plan to double and then double again by the end of the year. Our engineers are customer-facing, interacting directly with researchers at leading AI labs to collaboratively figure out solutions in this rapidly evolving space. We are looking for individuals who are excited to build in-person, 5 days a week, from our Union Square office and are comfortable with 50-60 hour weeks.
