Job Description

Join our White Elephant Aspen Team, part of White Elephant Resorts, a collection of award-winning boutique hotels and luxury resorts in Nantucket, Palm Beach, and Aspen.

Are you passionate about delivering luxury hospitality experiences in a world-class mountain destination? White Elephant Aspen is seeking Summer Seasonal Guest Experience Specialists to join our Guest Services team. This dynamic, hands-on role is perfect for individuals who take pride in providing anticipatory service, creating memorable first impressions, and helping guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you'll be the face of White Elephant Aspen — welcoming guests, handling luggage, escorting them to their rooms, and providing smooth, safe transportation in our fleet of hotel vehicles. You’ll support seamless arrivals and departures, offer knowledgeable local recommendations, and help guests get the most out of their Aspen experience — whether it’s a powder day on the slopes or a bike ride through scenic trails.

*Summer Seasonal Dates - April 2026 - September 2026 - some flexibility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and escort guests to rooms, providing an overview of hotel services and amenities
  • Provide safe and courteous transportation throughout Aspen, including to/from the airport
  • Assist with luggage handling, guest deliveries, and amenity preparation
  • Operate seasonal services like ski and bike valet
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of hotel vehicles and public areas
  • Collaborate with Concierge, Front Desk, and Bell teams to ensure a seamless guest journey

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (3+ years)
  • A genuine passion for service and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in high-altitude, snowy conditions
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, luxury environment
  • Prior hospitality or guest service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Aspen and surrounding areas preferred
  • Familiarity with ski/bike equipment preferred

Rated by The Boston Globe as one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts, we are proud to offer a supportive and rewarding environment across all of our premier properties, including White Elephant Nantucket, The Wauwinet, Jared Coffin House, The Cottages at the Nantucket Boat Basin, Nantucket Boat basin, White Elephant Palm Beach and opening soon White Elephant Aspen.

Be part of a team that delivers award-winning service in one of the most breathtaking destinations in the world. We offer a collaborative work culture, career development opportunities, and the chance to make a lasting impact on every guest’s stay.
