Description
Compound sterile preparations (e.g., injections, ophthalmics, IV admixtures) following approved formulations, master batch records, and SOPs.Perform aseptic techniques within ISO-classified cleanrooms and primary engineering controls.Accurately document compounding activities, lot numbers, beyond-use dates, and quality checks.Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleanrooms, including routine cleaning and disinfection per schedule.Perform equipment setup, calibration checks, and routine maintenance as assigned.Participate in environmental monitoring, media fills, and gloved fingertip testing as required.Adhere to gowning, hygiene, and safety requirements at all times.Identify and report deviations, errors, or out-of-specification results to leadership.Support inventory control of sterile supplies and medications.Collaborate with pharmacists, quality, and leadership to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Knoxville, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
