Job DescriptionExcellent Midland ClientIs seeking aMaintenance TechnicianWe are looking for anin-house Preventative Maintenance Technician that will be responsible for the daily maintenance and operating needs of the warehouse.Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures of processing equipment, air conditioning & heating equipment - including the changing of filters and cleaning of condensers and coils. May also include basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Troubleshoots, resolves and repairs basic issues with various processing equipment.
- Daily maintenance of processing equipment to ensure they are in working order when production begins, also responsible for refrigeration maintenance.
- Always maintain strong customer relations and thorough communication with department management and warehouse personnel.
- Will need to attend training on new equipment, be on call for warehouse needs which may require after hours emergency work
- Any other needs deemed necessary by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- US work authorization (required)
- Drug screening (required)
- EPA certification (preferred)
