Front Desk Receptionist
We are a busy downtown law firm looking for a professional and highly organized receptionist to greet, assist and provide direction to clients and guests.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Display a professional attitude when greeting clients and guests.
- Provide exceptional client service answering phone calls.
- Practice urgency with every client interaction.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous Reception experience a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
