Job Description Seasonal Production & Packaging Associate Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Seasonal, with potential for full-time employment next year Job Description We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to assist with seasonal production and packaging needs. This position involves filling jugs with liquid using a jugging machine, applying labels, assembling and labeling cardboard boxes, and packing finished products for shipment. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking seasonal work, with the potential to transition into a full-time position next year based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities
- Operate a jugging machine to fill jugs with liquid.
- Apply labels accurately to finished jugs.
- Assemble and label cardboard boxes.
- Pack filled and labeled jugs into boxes.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure product quality and accurate labeling.
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Able to lift and handle items weighing approximately 5–10 pounds.
- Willingness to learn and follow production procedures.
- Previous manufacturing or packaging experience is helpful but not required.
Schedule & Flexibility The work schedule is Monday through Friday, between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Full-time availability is preferred; however, we may be able to accommodate individuals who can work specific days or a limited number of hours per week.
